About Mike

Mike Golder serves as the All Waters Executive Creative Director. Mike is a multifaceted individual with a diverse array of experiences and expertise. With over 2 decades serving as a paramedic and firefighter, he has honed his skills in emergency response and crisis management. Mike has a background in graphic design, illustration and video Production which led him to venture into entrepreneurship as the founder and CEO of Kalletka Undersea Co., a clothing and lifestyle brand that embodies his love of the ocean. 

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mike is also co-founder of All Waters and is dedicated to preserving access to healthy marine ecosystems and promoting sustainable practices. As a lifelong waterman born and raised in Santa Cruz, Mike's connection to the ocean runs deep as an avid freediver, surfer and fisherman for over 30 years.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mike is deeply involved in local politics, utilizing his expertise in governmental relationship-building to advocate for environmental conservation and responsible resource management. He closely follows local and state regulations concerning fish and game, advocating for angler rights and access as well as sustainable fishing practices emphasizing the importance of taking only what is needed for sustenance rather than for sport. Has been an active member in his local freediving club (The Santa Cruz Kelp Stalkers) for nearly 25 years.

With a commitment to conservation, access and community engagement, Mike Golder embodies the principles of stewardship and sustainability, leaving a lasting impact on both the marine environment and the communities he serves.
