Submit your letters to fgc@fgc.ca.gov
This is one of the most powerful ways you can help, by submitting written letters in opposition to the proposed MPAs. By sharing your stories and highlighting the importance of maintaining access to our coast, we can build a collective opposition to harmful policies.

A good place to start your letter is with 'My name is XXXX XXXXXX, I'm from XXXXXXXXX, and I am speaking to oppose/express concerns/etc with Petition 2023-2033, specifically for (your geographic area which is being affected) the proposals for new state marine reserves in XXXXXX...' Be sure to include personal anecdotes and stories of what the ocean means to you!
